The Sustainment Center for Excellence is the new Headquarters building
in Fort Lee, Virginia.
The construction schedule was less than eighteen months from groundbreaking
to completion.
W. J. Rapp performed the excavation for spread footings, perimeter
footings and elevator pits. Our crews installed all the required rebar and
reinforcing mesh. We formed and poured over 5000 cubic yards of
concrete from footings to rooftop. We completed the installation of
structural concrete in less than four months. We also installed over
22,000 square feet of exposed aggregate plaza and sidewalks.
Federal and state governments own a variety of structures. W. J. Rapp
has repaired structural beams and columns in many buildings, from
libraries to water treatment plants.
We have repaired concrete spillways and walkways at parks and recreation
areas. We have repaired concrete and performed full deck replacement
in parking garages |
