W.J. Rapp has experienced crews able to respond in emergency situations. We provide immediate response to replace collapsed drain pipes. We have installed numerous high security projects in our military bases. We have completed many projects at Fort Lee, Langley AFB, Fort Eustis, Fort Pickett, Fort A.P.
